New Issue: Barclays sells $1.02 million buffered SuperTrack notes linked to Russell, iShares EAFE

New York, July 12 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.02 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Jan. 15, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket’s two components are equally weighted.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return, if positive.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.

Barclays is the agent.
