Barclays plans 4.6% seven-year buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., June 26 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 4.6% buffered notes due June 28, 2024 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly.
If the index return is at least negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
Barclays is the agent.
The notes are expected to price June 27.
The Cusip number is 06741VY48.
