Morgan Stanley plans enhanced buffered jump notes tied to Russell 2000

Chicago, June 12 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% enhanced buffered jump securities due Dec. 30, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the index finishes above its 80% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed upside return of 17%.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond the 20% buffer.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 27 and settle on June 30.

The Cusip number is 61768CKK2.
