New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.33 million 7.256% autocallable yield notes on three indexes

Columbus, Ohio, June 6 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.33 million of 7.25% autocallable yield notes due June 1, 2018 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its initial level and any index closes below its 70% trigger level any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least-performing index.
