New Issue: Barclays prices $1.38 million buffered digital plus notes tied to Russell, S&P 500

Chicago, June 1 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.38 million of buffered digital plus notes due May 25, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its 70% buffer level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the 45% digital return and the gain of the worse performing index.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.42857% for each 1% decline of the worse performing index beyond 30%.
