New Issue: Barclays sells $2.08 million of autocallable notes on Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, May 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $2.08 million of autocallable notes due May 7, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called at par plus a premium of 9.5% a year if the index closes at or above its initial level on May 10, 2018or May 4, 2019.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 25%. Investors will be fully exposed to any loss in the index.
