By Wendy Van Sickle
Columbus, Ohio, April 21 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.14 million of 6% autocallable yield notes due July 24, 2018 linked to the lesser performing of the Euro Stoxx 50 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final review date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 67% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index.
