Credit Suisse plans digital buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, April 10 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due Oct. 29, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the 80% threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment of 18% to 21%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 20% buffer.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 24.

The Cusip number is 22548QZ65.
