Morgan Stanley to price trigger jump securities linked to Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, March 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC plans to price 0% trigger jump securities due April 5, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus the greater of the index return and 40.5%. If the index declines by up to 25%, the payout will be par. If the index declines by more than 25%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines from its initial level.

The notes will price March 31.

The Cusip number is 61766V792.
