Citigroup plans enhanced barrier digital plus notes on Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., March 27 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. plans to price 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due April 2, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the barrier level, 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the fixed return of 15% to 18%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline from the initial level. The exact fixed return will be set at pricing.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent.

The notes will price on March 28.

The Cusip number is 17324CFZ4.
