New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2.08 million enhanced buffered jump notes on Russell

Columbus, Ohio, March 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.08 million of 0% enhanced buffered jump securities due Aug. 28, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
If the index finishes at or above the 80% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed upside payment of 19%.
Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
