New Issue: JPMorgan prices $3.16 million contingent buffered return enhanced notes on indexes

Columbus, Ohio, March 2 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.16 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered return enhanced notes due Feb. 28, 2022 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the return of the lesser performing index is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the lesser-performing index. If the return of the lesser-performing index is flat or falls by up to 50%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the lesser-performing index.
