New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2 million digital dual directional notes on Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2 million of 0% digital dual directional contingent buffered notes due May 23, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final index level is at least 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10.5%. Otherwise, investors will have one-to-one exposure to the index’s decline from its initial level.
