New Issue: Citigroup prices $399,000 buffered digital notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Jan. 31 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $399,000 of 0% enhanced buffered digital securities due Jan. 30, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The note are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index finishes above the 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of 15%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond the buffer.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
