JPMorgan plans digital dual directional notes linked to Russell 2000

Chicago, Jan. 10 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital dual directional contingent buffered notes due April 18, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final index level is at least 85% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 11.1%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 13.

The Cusip number is 46646QUE3.
