JPMorgan to price buffered return enhanced notes linked to Russell

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% uncapped buffered return enhanced notes due Jan. 21, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus at least 1.03 times the index return. The exact upside leverage factor will be set at pricing. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index may decline beyond 20%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Jan. 18.
The Cusip number is 46646QUA1.
