By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 23 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $2 million of callable notes with contingent return due Dec. 22, 2026 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8.15% if each index closes at or above the 70% coupon trigger level on a quarterly observation date.
