Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 23 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $3.54 million of 7.25% autocallable yield notes due March 23, 2018 linked to the lesser performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date beginning June 20, 2017 other than the final review date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its initial level and either index has closed below its 70% trigger value any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the lesser performing index.
