New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.08 million buffered digital notes on Russell

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 14 – Morgan Stanley priced $3.08 million of 0% buffered digital notes due Oct. 4, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of the initial level, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of $1,109 per $1,000 principal amount.
If the index falls by more than 15%, investors will lose 1.765% for each 1% decline beyond 15%.
