JPMorgan will price digital equity notes linked to Russell 2000 index

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% digital equity notes due April 5, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the index finishes at or above 85% of its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount of $1,073.50 to $1,086 per $1,000 of notes. The exact threshold settlement amount will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for each 1% decline in the index beyond 15%.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 46646EF80) will price on Oct. 3 and settle on Oct. 11.
