New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.26 million contingent coupon autocallables on S&P, Russell

By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., Aug. 5 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.26 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Aug. 3, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 6.35% per year unless either index closes below its knock-in level, 65% of its initial level, on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each index closes at or above its initial index level on any quarterly observation date from July 31, 2018 to April 28, 2021.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser-performing index.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
