New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.32 million callable contingent interest notes on indexes, EAFE ETF

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, July 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.32 million of callable contingent interest notes due Jan. 13, 2020 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 13% if each underlying component’s closing level remains at or above its interest barrier, 70% of its initial level, on each day during that quarter.

The notes are callable at par plus the contingent coupon, if any, on any interest payment date other than the first and final interest payment dates.

If the notes have not been called, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon, if any, unless any underlying component finishes below its trigger value, 55% of its initial level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least-performing underlying component from its initial level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
