New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.98 million 6% yield notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Norfolk, Va., July 7 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.98 million of 6% yield notes due March 31, 2017 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index falls by more than 30%, in which case investors be fully exposed to the losses of the lesser-performing index.
