New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $6.8 million buffered PLUS tied to indexes, funds

Chicago, June 14 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $6.8 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due June 8, 2020 linked to a basket of three indexes and two exchange-traded funds, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 70% weight, the S&P MidCap 400 index with a 8% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 3% weight, the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 14% weight and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 5% weight.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 142.82% of any basket gain.
Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 20% and will lose 1.25% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
