Credit Suisse plans digital buffer notes due 2020 tied to Russell 2000

Chicago, June 9 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due Jan. 2, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index gains or falls by up to 20%, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed return of between 17.5% and 20.5%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 28 and settle on June 30.

The Cusip number is 22548QA96.
