Morgantown, W.Va., May 4 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $5 million of callable daily range accrual securities due Oct. 30, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest will accrue at 7.8% annualized for each day that the index closes above the accrual barrier, 80% of the initial level. Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than the 20% buffer, in which case investors will be exposed to any losses beyond 20%.
The notes are callable on any contingent coupon payment date after one year.
