By Susanna Moon

Chicago, April 28 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 6% to 7% callable yield notes due May 7, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly, with the exact percentage to be set at pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either index finishes below its trigger level, 75% of its initial level, in which case investors will be fully exposed any losses of the worse performing index.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 29 and settle on May 6.

The Cusip number is 46646EAG7.
