Credit Suisse plans 5.5% callable yield notes linked to two indexes

By Marisa Wong

Morgantown, W.Va., April 11 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 5.5% callable yield notes due Oct. 30, 2017 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final contingent coupon unless either index finishes below its 65% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 22 and settle on April 29.

The Cusip number is 22548Q2S3.
