JPMorgan to price review notes due 2020 tied to S&P 500, Russell 2000

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, April 4 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price review notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of between 8.5% and 10.5% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call review date. The exact call premium will be set at pricing.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10% if each index closes at or above 70% of its initial level. If either index drops below the 70% trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worse performing index.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 26 and settle on April 29.

The Cusip number is 48128GVH0.
