JPMorgan to price review notes due 2020 tied to S&P 500, Russell 2000
By Devika Patel
Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 26 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price review notes due March 23, 2020 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be automatically called at par plus a call premium of between 12% and 13% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call review date. The exact call premium will be set at pricing.
If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 10% if each index closes at or above 70% of its initial level. If either index drops below the 70% trigger level, investors will be fully exposed to the loss of the worse performing index.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 48128GPM6) will price on March 18 and settle on March 28.
