Credit Suisse plans digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, Dec. 28 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due Jan. 18, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the fixed payment percentage of 21.5% to 23.5%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if each index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20% of the worse performing index.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Jan. 12 and settle on Jan. 15.

The Cusip number is 22546VT97.
