Credit Suisse plans to price leveraged notes linked to Russell 2000

Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged notes linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 48 and 51 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus four times any index gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,460 to $1,540 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will share in any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Nov. 17.

The Cusip number is 22546VQF6.
