New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $2 million buffered PLUS linked to S&P 500, Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., Nov. 10 – Morgan Stanley priced $2 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Nov. 9, 2020 linked to a basket consisting of the S&P 500 index with a 65% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 35% weight, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final basket level is greater than the initial basket level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of the basket return. Investors will receive par if the basket declines by 10% or less and will lose 1.1111% for every 1% that the basket declines beyond 10%.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC is the agent.

The notes will price and settle in November.
