JPMorgan plans to issue digital notes linked to Russell 2000 index

Norfolk, Va., Sept. 3 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. plans to price 0% digital notes due March 29, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a return of at least 24.85%. The exact digital return will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 20% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 20%.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on Sept. 25 and settle on Sept. 30.

The Cusip number is 48125U3V2.
