New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $851,000 absolute return barrier notes linked to two indexes

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $851,000 of 0% absolute return barrier securities due May 2, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 102% of the return of the worst-performing index.
If either index falls by up to the 65% knock-in level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the worst-performing index, up to a maximum of $1,349.99 for each $1,000 principal amount.
If either index falls to or below the knock-in level, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst-performing index.
