New Issue: JPMorgan prices $168,000 million capped contingent buffered notes on two indexes

San Luis Obispo, Calif., April 22 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $168,000 of 0% capped contingent buffered equity notes due April 25, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the lesser-performing index, subject to a maximum return of 25%.

If either index finishes below its initial level but the final level of each index is at least 50% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

If either index finishes below the 50% trigger level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the lesser-performing index from its initial level.
