New Issue: JPMorgan prices $10.8 million contingent income autocallables tied to three indexes

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., April 2 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $10.8 million of contingent income autocallable securities due April 5, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Euro Stoxx Banks index and the MSCI Emerging Markets index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly payment of 2.8125%, or 11.25% per year, if each index closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier level on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above the initial level on any determination date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its 60% downside threshold level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst-performing index.
