New Issue: Barclays prices $5.28 million capped leveraged notes on Russell 2000

New York, Nov. 26 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5,276,000 of 0% capped leveraged index-linked notes due Nov. 30, 2016 tied to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus three times any index gain, up to a maximum payout of $1,270 per $1,000 note.
Investors will share in any losses.
