By Jennifer Chiou

New York, Nov. 5 – Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. plans to price callable monthly Russell 2000 index-linked range accrual notes due Nov. 28, 2024, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will accrue at 6.75% for each day that the index closes at or above the 65% coupon barrier level. Interest is payable monthly.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date beginning on Feb. 28, 2015.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 50%, the payout at maturity will be par. If the index return is less than negative 50%, investors will be fully exposed to the index decline.

The notes (Cusip: 38147QMD5) will price on Nov. 25 and settle on Nov. 28.
