New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $432,000 annual reset coupon buffered notes on Russell

Chicago, Nov. 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $432,000 of annual reset coupon buffered notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable annually and will equal the 5% maximum digital percentage if the index closes at or above the coupon barrier level, which will be the closing level of the index on the corresponding coupon barrier level determination date. Otherwise, the coupon will be the 2% minimum digital percentage.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index falls by more than 20%, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 20%.
