New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.55 million contingent income autocallables linked to indexes

Chicago, July 29 – JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.55 million of contingent income autocallable securities due July 29, 2021linked to the worst performing of the Russell 2000 index, the Euro Stoxx 50 index and the Nikkei 225 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly payment of 2.1875% if each index closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 75% of its initial index level, on a determination date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par of $10 plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its respective initial level on any quarterly redemption determination date.

If any index finishes below its trigger level, 60% of its initial level, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worst performing index.

Otherwise, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final contingent coupon.
