By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., April 29 - Citigroup Inc. priced $1.94 million of callable contingent coupon securities due April 28, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index, Russell 2000 index and Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each quarter, the notes will pay a contingent coupon of 7.35% per year if each index closes at or above 65% of its respective initial level on the related coupon determination date.

The notes are callable on any quarterly contingent coupon payment date.
