New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.2 million 5.1% single observation callable yield notes on two indexes

New York, April 16 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $1.2 million of 5.1% single observation callable yield notes due Oct. 21, 2015 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes are callable at par on any quarterly call date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either underlying index finishes below the 75% trigger level, in which case the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing index.
