New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $3.96 million buffered PLUS tied to indexes, ETF

New York, Feb. 20 - Morgan Stanley priced $3,959,630 of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 20, 2018 linked to a basket of three indexes and one exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The basket consists of the Euro Stoxx 50 index with a 30% weight, the Dow Jones industrial average with a 30% weight, the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF with a 20% weight and the Russell 2000 index with a 20% weight.

If the basket return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 105% of the basket return.

Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 17% and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 17%.
