New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.49 million Cert Plus notes linked to S&P 500, Russell

Chicago, Sept. 4 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.49 million of 0% Cert Plus securities due Sept. 5, 2017 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lowest performing index finishes above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.36 times any gain in the lowest performing index.

Otherwise, the payout will be par unless the lowest performing index finishes at or below the 50% trigger level, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the lowest performing index.
