New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.98 million 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes on Russell

Madison, Wis., May 31 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.98 million of 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due Nov. 28, 2014 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the index, subject to a maximum return of 15%.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by up to 10% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 10%.
