New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $13.2 million 5% coupon buffered notes linked to index, fund

Chicago, May 29 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $13.2 million of 5% coupon buffered securities due Sept. 4, 2014 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the worst performing component falls by more than 15%, investors will be exposed to any losses of the worst performing component.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
