By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., March 28 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch plans to price 6% to 6.5% callable yield notes due Oct. 29, 2014 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the iShares FTSE/Xinhua China 25 index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be payable monthly. The exact rate will be set at pricing.

Beginning July 29, 2013, the notes will be callable at par quarterly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless either underlying component closes below its knock-in level, 70% of its initial level, during the life of the notes, in which case investors will receive par plus the return of the worst-performing underlying component, subject to a maximum payout of par.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price April 24 and settle April 29.

The Cusip number is 22546T4S7.
