New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.06 million buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Tacoma, Wash., March 25 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. priced $2.06 million of 0% buffered equity notes due March 26, 2018 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is greater than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the index return. Investors will receive par if the index declines by 20% or less and will lose 1% for every 1% that it declines beyond 20%.
