New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $7.48 million buffered enhanced participation notes tied to Russell

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 11 - Credit Suisse AG, Nassau Branch priced $7.48 million of 0% buffered enhanced participation equity securities due Sept. 11, 2014 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any gain in the index, up to an underlying return cap of 12%.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
